I started using Twitter again...and opened a new Instagram since my old one has login info that seems to have eluded me. ( @jenblack76 for both)
I’m in the 4th week of the year and 4 books down on my reading goal. Right on course.
I have only purchased one pack of cigarettes in the new year...and half of those went to s.o’h. (the best friend). I have also only had a few rather responsible drinks so far. Taking my vitamins everyday, and drinking all my teas, and even eating better. Bought a scale and have been weighing in and tracking it - though there hasn’t been a whole lot of change there...I am able to confirm that even though I am not losing weight yet, I am able to hold steady. Once I kick the exercising up another notch, I shouldn’t have much trouble dropping some of this butt and belly.
